Applications For Exchange Programmes ( Erasmus+ Learning, Internship and Bilateral Exchange Programmes )

The applications for the Exchange Programmes of 2019-2020 academic yearswill start on the 4th of February and end on 22nd of February 2019.
 

Who can apply?

 

The students who will participate in Exchange Programmes must be full-time students. It is expected to take 30 ECTS for one semester, 60 ECTS for whole academic year, 20 ECTS for one term in three semester Education.

 

English Preparatory Programmes and Distance Learning students are not eligible to apply.

 

How to apply? Where to submit the application documents?

 

The applications for the Exchange programmes (Erasmus+, Erasmus+ Internship and Bilateral Exchange that aims the exchange of students between the Higher Education Institutions around the World) will open on the 4th of February and the deadline is February 22, 2019. 

 

Undergraduate students who are considering to apply for Exchange Programmes should have at least 2,20 CGPA and Graduate/Post-Graduate students should have at least 2.5 CGPA over 4,0.

Applications are received only once a year for the next academic year. Students can participate in an Exchange Programme for one semester or maximum for one academic year.

* Photocopies of ID card (or passport/(or residence permit).

 

All of the documents above should be submitted to Hadımköy Campus International Office by the students on Hadımköy Campus, to Vocational School Registrar’s Office by the students on Büyükçekmece (Avalon and Vocational School) Campus, to the Registrar’s Office by the students on Taksim Campus, and to the International Office by the students on Ayazağa Campus.

 

For internship mobility: During application it is necessary for student to bring official acceptance letter.

 

English Proficiency Exam for Exchange Programmes

 

Students who would like to study abroad, need to attend Written English Exam which will be held on the 2nd of March (Saturday) 2019 in Ayazağa Campus and Speaking exam, will be held between the dates 04-08 March 2019 on Buyukcekmece Avalon Campus. The classrooms will be announced later.
 

In order to pass the exam and be eligible for participating in the mobility, the students should get a B2 Level minimum in the (doral and written) English Test. If a student egisters for the Erasmus English Test but does not attend the Test, 5 points are deducted from their total score in advance for their next Erasmus mobility application.

 

Selection Criteria

 

The evaluation criteria and weighted scores to be used in assessing mobility applications are:
